Custom ERP Malaysia — not another AutoCount, SQL or Odoo
NMMAN is not a product ERP. We do not ship a boxed suite with a partner channel and a module list. We build or configure around how the business actually works — inventory, procurement, finance, delivery — when a product ERP is the wrong shape.
We are not a product ERP
AutoCount, SQL Accounting and Odoo are products. Plenty of Malaysian SMEs run them, and should. If the workflow fits the product, buy the product.
We are the other case: the operation does not match the module list, or the product would mean changing how people already work just to satisfy the software. Then a custom ERP — or a careful configuration around the real workflow — is the honest job. We wrote when an SME should not buy AutoCount or Odoo.
What we build or configure
The same areas a product ERP covers, without pretending we are one: stock moving between places, purchasing, the money trail, deliveries. POS belongs here only as part of that system, not as a separate till we are trying to replace.
When a smaller build is enough
Not every business needs the full picture on day one. A focused internal tool can be the right first system. We will say so.
